Winners will be announced and awarded prizes on stage at the YOR Health Annual Celebration in August 2010. Winners will also be posted online following the event.
YOR Best Body Challenge Criteria
Participants will be required to submit a written testimonial, and “BEFORE” and “AFTER” photos.
Participants may also submit other materials such as body fat analyses, written progress updates, etc. to further demonstrate his/her body transformation. Please email these updates to testimonials@yorhealth.com
All testimonials must be in English or Spanish.
“BEFORE” and “AFTER” Photos (60% of score)
The purpose of the photos is to demonstrate a clear body transformation that has been achieved through the use of YOR Health products in conjunction with a healthy diet, regular exercise, hard work, and determination.
- Participants are required to submit four (4) “BEFORE” and four (4) “AFTER” photos. Photos must show the full body from the knees up. Only the photo with a newspaper may be waist up.
- 1 side profile (full body)
- 1 back view (full body)
- 1 front view without a newspaper (full body)
- 1 front view holding a newspaper, or other news periodical (such as USA Today).
- The date must be visible in the photo.
- All pictures for each set must be taken at the same time. |
- Participants must be in an upright position (arms straight down, no slouching, etc.)
- Participants must be wearing similar type of clothing in both sets of photos.
- Fitted athletic apparel or swimsuits are suggested (no baggy clothing)
- Photos deemed to be unusually revealing will not be accepted. |
- Photos must be in focus; no blurry images will be accepted.
- Photos must be authentic; photos that have been altered or modified will not be accepted.

Written Testimonial (40% of score)
The purpose of the written testimonial is to express how your life has been impacted by your body transformation.
Testimonials must include your name, before and after weight, which YOR Health products were used to help you transform your body, and how you used each YOR Health product during the challenge.
*All testimonials & photos submitted become the sole property of YOR and may be used in any manner that YOR deems necessary.
Judging Process
Winners will be selected by a panel of judges comprised of members of the YOR Health Team. Each judge will score each entry on a 100 point scale with 60% of the score based on the “BEFORE” and “AFTER” photos and 40% of the score based the written testimonial. The judge’s scores of each entry will be combined to give each entry a final score. The winners in each category will be entries with the highest cumulative score. All decisions of the judges are final.
Challenge Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age at time of registration.
- Participants must be a YOR Health: Registered Retail Customer (RRC), Select Customer (SC), or Independent Distributor (Distributor)
- Participants must make a minimum 100 PV purchase directly from www.yorhealth.com each month to participate.
- Participants must register online at www.yorbestbody.com to enter the YOR Best Body Challenge.
- Participants may be required to sign a validation letter to verify that you followed all rules and regulations of the YOR Best Body Challenge.
- Participants’ entry date begins on the date of your “BEFORE” picture. Pictures prior to the January 15, 2009 (the start date of the YOR Best Body Challenge) will not be accepted.
YOR HEALTH BEST BODY CHALLENGE– OFFICIAL RULES
Only one (1) entry per person.
Participants must provide YOR Health with accurate contact information.
Participants may not use any similar or competitive products from any other company while participating in the YOR Best Body Challenge.
The odds of winning the challenge are dependent on the number of participants which have fulfilled all YOR Best Body Challenge requirements.
The decision of the judges regarding the winners and all other matters related to the YOR Best Body Challenge are final.
YOR Best Body Challenge finalists will be notified by phone or email by July 31, 2009. Actual placement (1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd place for each category) will not be announced until the YOR Health Annual Celebration 2009. Winners and runner ups will be posted on the YOR Health Website after the event takes place.
Winners must be present at the time of announcement or their prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next runner-up.
All entries, and any copyrights therein, become the sole property of YOR Health. By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and warrant and represent that their entry is authentic, unaltered and their original work, and grant to YOR Health the right to edit, publish, promote and otherwise, use their entries, without restriction, in any and all media, for any purpose whatsoever, and without further permission, notice or compensation.
By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of the judges. All prizes are nontransferable. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. By accepting the prize, the winner grants YOR Health the right to use winners name, essay, and likeness for promotional purpose without further notification to, permission from or compensation to the winner. Winner will be required to verify or an alternate winner will be selected.
YOR Best Body Challenge winners must provide information necessary to complete Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 (in the United States). All participants are responsible for any tax forms or information required in their country of residence.
Each participant assumes all risk of injury, loss or harm of any kind arising from participation in or prizes awarded as a result of this challenge, and YOR Health shall not be responsible or liable for damages of any kind arising there from. Contestants participating in the YOR Best Body Challenge, release YOR Health and its directors, officers, executives and employees from all risk, harm, loss, injury or damage that may occur from participating in or resulting from the challenge.
Employees of YOR Health (including its Contractors, temporary employees, consultants, etc.) are not eligible to participate.
The YOR Best Body Challenge is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void wherever prohibited by law.
YOR Health reserves the right to not award all prizes in the event that there are an insufficient number of qualified entries received that meet the minimum standards established by the judges.
The YOR Best Body Challenge, all rules and regulations, and any supporting documents are subject to change without prior notice.
