Hello. My name is Azael. I’m 27 years old and my weight was 70 kg / 154.32 lbs while my body fat percentage was at 13%. I managed to weigh 73 kg / 160.94 lbs for my final pictures, while my body fat percentage lowered to 7%. That was something I thought was very hard to achieve, but with the 8-week YOR Health Challenge and its products, it was easier than expected. I used a combination of all the YOR Health products as follows:

Every day I woke up at 6 am and I had a YOR Shake with 2 MRP scoops and 1 Fiber scoop. I also had a Probiotics Ultra capsule and 2 Vitamins tablets. Later on I went to the gym with another YOR Shake, and I added to it two scoops of Muscle Energy to endure my routine, where I worked for about two hours, including the 25 minutes of cardio you can’t miss. I started training my chest and biceps, on the next day I trained my back and triceps, on the third day I trained my shoulders and trapeze, and lastly I trained my legs, and on the next day the whole cycle started over day after day, resting on Saturdays and Sundays. When I came back home, the first thing I did was having another two scoops of Muscle Energy to recover from the muscle tiredness, to nurture my muscles, and to make them grow. At lunch I tried to eat as healthy as possible, having a combination of chicken, vegetables and rice along 1 Digest Ultra capsule and 2 Essential Vitamins tablets. Later, I have 1 scoop of SuperGreens with a Berry Blast stick pack as a snack, and lastly, for dinner I mixed some tuna with chard and spinach. I added to this 2 scoops of MRP to my YOR Shake plus 1 Digest Ultra capsule, along 2 Vitamin tablets. And right before bed, I had 2 Repair capsules to give my body total recovery while sleeping.

And to finish, I would like to thank the YOR Health 8-week Challenge because it made me achieve spectacular changes in my body, changes I’ve always looked for but I had never achieved before. And also, my parents have joined because of the radical transformation I’ve experienced, so much so that my dad has started working out and going to the gym with me, and he is also more aware of health and its benefits.
