When I joined the 8-week Challenge I managed to lose 4 kg / 8.8 lbs of fat and I increased the 2 kg / 4.4 lbs of muscle mass that for the last 5 years I had struggled to regain even when I tried to have a better diet and to exercise on a daily basis, but because of my age, my metabolism became slower.
