I started the Challenge on September 24th, 2013 weighing 135 kg / 297.62 lbs. To this day, June 13th, I’ve lost 40 kg / 88.18 lbs. I am 5 kg / 11.02 lbs away of joining the 100 Pound Club, and I am certain that I will make it before the Conference in Miami.

I used everything as follows: on an empty stomach I had 1 Probiotic and 2 Repairs. For breakfast and dinner I had the shake with SuperGreens, Berry Blast and Fiber. After breakfast I had 2 Vitamins. And at noon, with my main meal, I had 1 Digest Ultra.

In the mornings I take 1 hour and 30 minutes walks, and at night I exercise for 1 hour and 30 minutes combining walks, dancing and abs. I complete a total of 3 hours of exercise a day from Monday to Friday and I occasionally exercise for 2 hours on Saturdays.

I am someone that when I am under pressure or worried, looks for comfort food. My husband decided to separate from me more than 8 years ago. I was four months pregnant and I had a 5-year-old girl at that time. So I was left with two big responsibilities. I am also a public accountant. Educating my daughters the right way and performing my job in their schedule gave me a lot of pressure and worries. People with kids understand me. The point is that form that day on I started to gain weight. The moment came when I stopped using the mirror other than to look at my face and I also stopped using the scale. Every year I was on a diet, but before the year ended I had already gained the double amount of weight I had lost.

In September 2013 I went to the doctor to have a routine check-up, since I hadn’t had one in a while. When it was my turn, my results came fine, but I couldn’t believe I already weighed 135 kg / 297.62 lbs. I mean, I knew I was fat, but I had no idea of how much. I was shocked and depressed. The doctor told me it was the limit, I went from overweight to obese, and even more, I was on morbid obesity. I had already 14 kg / 30.86 lbs in morbid obesity, and I had truly realized that, but I didn’t want to accept it.

I wasn’t able to tie my shoes, I had to juggle, and I would get very agitated for it. I was already size 46 or 5X (men size because women sizes are more reduced). In my house I had become the bad example; they told my nephews: “Don’t eat so much junk food or you’re going to get like ant Juany.” They really hurt me. I know they didn’t have bad intentions towards me, but without wanting and knowing, they did. The worst part was that I told my daughters the same. I wanted to protect them. I didn’t want them to reach the point where I was.

I lost friendships because I stopped going out, I didn’t want anyone to see me, I was ashamed if people saw me. In my job, my desk is at a corner and I don’t have to see anyone else apart from the secretary. So it was my little corner where nobody looked at me or judged me, I was able to eat what I wanted when I had problems. I always bought take out food because I didn’t want anyone seeing me eating because I felt they looked at me thinking: “That’s why she is like that.” Social life stopped existing for me.

After visiting my doctor I began to think, I was scared, I got depressed for a moment, but specially, I was worried because my daughters are still young. This year they will be 8 and 14 years old and they still need me. Besides, I remember about a colleague who has had diabetes and hypertension and many other health issues for 10 years now, and he’s struggled a lot. Fortunately, two days after my appointment with the doctor, a friend of mine invited me to a Challenge party. I was introduced to the YOR Health products, and from that moment, my life gave a 180 degree turn I met some lovely people who supported me from the beginning.

In my first Challenge I lost my first 15 kg / 33.07 lbs and I stopped being in the level of morbid obesity. I won first place and 1000 dollars in products. My self-esteem got higher that my weight in pounds. My mood changed completely. Even more, despite of the worries and stress from work, I didn’t feel like eating like crazy. Now my nails look pretty and thick because I used to eat them if I didn’t find any food around. I feel pretty and I feel happy.

At home, the comments have totally changed. I am now a good example. Now they feel proud of me. The comments are now, “You see, ant Juany is progressing, see how much effort she makes, etc, etc.” My daughters now have a good example and they will have their mother for a while now (as long as a bus don’t run over me). I am very happy and I am grateful to God for placing YOR Health in my path because it has been a blessing in my home. So now I tell the people with my same problems to get to work, YOR Health changes your life for good. Cheeeeers!!!

When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
