My name is Sebastian Montero, about 3 year later i used to exercise and take products to speed my results. When i was in Collage; i had good results but when i graduated, not finding a job i was discouraged. When i finally start working, i didn't find time to exercise.

This year I heard about the 8 week Challenge and I saw it as an opportunity to start exercising again and make new habits and work for the results that i have been looking for all my life. It was a big incentive knowing that a lot of people will join the challenge plus the benefits that I could get.

I started changing my diet, incorporating YorHealth Products, and working out. I didn't put all my effort on the firs cycle but seeing people that got excellent results motivated me to take the 2nd cycle much more serious.

The products i took was: Muscle Energy before exercising in the morning, MRP after work out together with the Repair, then for mid Morning snack some protein meal with the Digest Ultra and after the complete burn. Lunch with Digest. and Berry blast every time of the day my energy was boost.

Being in the 1st cycle motivated me and now I'm sure i can get the results I have dream all my life.
