For my 8 week challenge, I used a lot more mrp and supergreens, aside from using the other amazing products. I was able to get free with 3 so I took advantage of some of the free products I received.
I have also been practicing yoga more and teaching it! Not professionally but for fun. I have also been working on building up my arm muscles. So with working on flexibility and using more weights, the repair ultra has become my best friend. I don't feel as sore to go back the next day to work out!
I exercised an average of 1-2times per week. For the next 8 weeks I will be focusing on more definition throughout my body, mainly my arms,back and abs.
Honestly, if it was not for the challenge I would not be in the shape I am today, feeling the way I am feeling. I feel great and have never looked so good! I can't wait to share with the world!
