I have just completed my first 8 Week Challenge and I could not be happier with what I have accomplished. Before I tell you what I did, I want you to know a little about why I started this challenge. I have put on weight from my pregnancies that I was never able to lose. I have a brain tumor that affects my thyroids, hormones, and pretty much everything else in my body. I get severe headaches and even with diet, exercise, and other weight loss products I could not lose weight so when a friend told me about YOR Health, I decided to give it a try. This time I did not reach my goal weight, but I have reached all of my other goals. I started the challenge at 197 pounds and I am finishing it 10 pounds lighter at 187. I started this challenge very strong and determined to do well. I took all of the products every day. I watched my eating and was hitting my recommended calorie intake on a daily basis. I also started at the gym three weeks in because I was not seeing the results that I thought I should be getting. However, I struggled to stick with the proper eating habits when after four weeks the number on the scale was not going down as fast as I would have liked. I found that I enjoyed the gym though so I continued to go four times a week until my children got sick which kept me away for a little too long. However, that proved to be a blessing in disguise because seeing my babies sick made me realize how important it is for me to be healthy for them. I realized that this is for me and for my family. After this, I got back on track. I may not have hit my number goal, but I feel better. I am more energetic. I have less headaches. I can run around at the park with my two year old and four year old without getting tired. And I look better. It is hard for me to say that, but I will say it again. I LOOK BETTER. Typing this I realize that I have more confidence than I did eight weeks ago. I have lost a pants size and gone down a size on top. No, I am not where I want to be, but I am on my way! With the help of these products, I know that I will get to my goal weight, which is lower than where it started. I am thankful to YOR Health for everything. My quality of life is better because of the products and the people in the company. I am so proud of myself for finishing this 8 Week Challenge strong and I cannot wait to start the next one!
