A mis 39 años y justo antes de empezar a cuidar mi balance con YorHealth pesaba 84 kg y era talla 33.. ya tenia 15 años haciendo ejercicio, mi filosofia era "Estoy bien hay otros de mi edad que son talla 40 y ni pelo tienen¨.. sin embargo hoy puedo aceptar que no estaba feliz con lo que veia en el espejo, de hecho siempre me habia dado pena usar traje de baño...
