Hello my name is Ireyna Parker.
I joined the challenge to challenge myself to take my body to another level and improve my overall health.
Although my initial focus wasn't to lose weight, my starting weight was 125 and my ending weight was 119.
I felt as if I was already in good shape, but i've always felt that I my body could be better. My goal was to get more toned and actually get a six pack.
I started my daily routine with taking YOR probiotics first thing in the morning everyday. This kick started my digestive system and improved my internal health.
I replaced my regular breakfast with a YOR MRP, which included YOR super greens and YOR fiber plus.
This delicious shake kick started my metabolism and gave me lots of energy to start my day.
I also supercharged my workouts by taking a Complete burn, which gave me a blast of energy and also helped me focus during my workouts. My workouuts consisted of running two miles 3-4 days per week along with strength training 3-4 days per week.
I would end each workout with another delicious shake to refuel and rejeuvinate my body.
Joining the challenge has driven me to take the steps to actually make the changes that i've alwyas wanted to see in my body. The products have made me more aware of nutrition and the food that I chose to eat.
I love the whole idea of a challenge because it's very motivating and it actually pushes me to try harder to reach my goals in a specific time frame.
