During this challenge I started at 138 lbs . My final weight was 135lbs. The products I used were the super greens one serving a day the last couple weeks I was not as consistent. Somedays along with the greens I take to two repair ultra. The digest ultra and the essential vitamins were taken with almost every meal. The berry blast I took occassionaly sometimes prior to excersice with one complete burn. The meal replacement was taken after excersice. Even though I was averaging one day a week to excersice. The probiotics ultra was taken in the morning or before bed on an empty stomach and this product wasn't taken as often as the others. This challenge has impacted my life tremendously I no longer crave some of the foods I use to. Foods that didn't allow me to look and feel the way I do now.
