Before the challenge I actually weighed 162 although I had entered 160. During the 8 weeks, I was able to get down to 154, only 4 pounds away from my 12 pound goal! I was able to stay consistent with my daily ab workouts, run 2 half marathons in 8 weeks, and feel amazing. I wake up every morning and have an MRP shake, 2 scoops of fiber, and almond milk. Around 10am-11am everyday, I took 2-3 CompleteBurn. For each meal, I had my convenient daily packs. In addition, I typically take my probiotics and Repair Ultra right before I go to bed on an empty stomach. Before I entered the 8 week challenges, I was the heaviest I had ever been, 174 pounds and struggling to lose weight. I was a recent college graduate who played 4 years of collegiate soccer. I had always struggled to lose weight my whole life, but I was never this big before. I never felt comfortable with my shirt off, in a bathing suit, or anything. Now, I am sending everyone my 8 week challenge results because I am so proud of the progress I have made, and Yor Health and the 8 week challenge has made it possible. I couldn't be more proud of my transformation not only in this 8 week challenge, but the past two challenges as well. I'm looking forward to getting my "Health Nut" shirt to show everyone and enter into my fourth challenge this year with some more friends! Since I have started taking the products, I have lost a total of 20 pounds and feel better than I did when I was playing a collegiate sport! I have competed in 4 half marathons since January, something I never thought possible, and going for 2 more before the year ends. My body is able to recover quickly thank goodness for Yor Repair Ultra!!! I'm looking forward to my next challenge and getting even more sculpted and toned than I am now.
