El tener un reto y un desafio fue muy emocionante, fue una experiencia grandiosa al saber que estamos utilizando productos de primera calidad. Empece el reto con un peso de 177 libras que equivale a 80 kg. aproximadamente, mi meta era rebajar 15 kg. pero al final del reto llegue a un peso de 167 libras que equivale a 75 kg. aproximadamente. Baje 5 kg. en dos meses.
Los productos que utilice fue Malteada y Digest, La Malteada la consumia en las noches remplazando la cena y la Digest junto con las comidas.
Hice ejercicio de 3 a 4 veces por semana, corria de 4 km. a 8 km. cada dia, hubo dias que corri 4 km., otros dias 6 km. y otros dias 8 km.
