Wow, this cycle didn't go as planned but I know I had to finish rather than not. Too many distractions. I only lost a few pounds. I'm looking forward to my next cycle because my ultimate body goal is to be lean. Also to get into a more agile lifestyle. It's very easy to get into a laid back lifestyle or energy level. I want to be that energetic guy that can keep up with all life has to throw at me including my little 17 month old daughter running around everywhere :-). I want to wake up in the morning feeling ready for the day not tired because of being unhealthy. And when that time of the day comes when everybody is sluggish, including myself, lol... I want to energetic. I want to smile, I want to be vibrant, active and I know good health as well as a few other things will get me there. I want to be lean and fit into a lot of clothes that I used to fit into. Over the years I have gained a few pounds here and there and I have some nice clothes I can't wear anymore or when I wear them, they are sort of too tight and I don't feel comfortable. Rather than get new clothes, I saved them until I get back to that ideal shape I want and used to be in. I used to be thin but not lean and cut. My goal is to get lean and ripped. I want to look sexy. I want to get into a healthy habit of eating right and exercising daily. I want to live a long healthy and fulfilling life. The 8 Week Challenge is a very foundation to build that upon. See U next cycle with better results :-)
