Wow I cant believe my challenge came to an end! Never have I felt so excited and motivated to get
healthier. The reason why I started the challenge is because one of my goals was to get in shape to run
any type of race. A few years ago I got into an accident where I was hit by a car while I was crossing
a parking lot to get to work. The outcome was my knee was shattered like a broken glass and it took
months for me to be able to walk without crutches. The doctor told me it could take anywhere from
a few to several years to heal since it was a very delicate joint in the body. I have taken the products
for a few years prior to joining the challenge, I was never the workout type but the product helped
me drop close to 40 pounds. One day I decided that I wanted to get in really really good shape and I
knew workout and eating healthy is a must. So I joined the challenge group 15 and I worked out really
hard, I focused mainly on running 1 to 2 miles every other day and taking my products every day. The
complete burn definitely made the difference in my workouts, I felt as though I could never tired. The
yorshake helped me with cravings and also as a daily supplement of protein and nutrition after the gym
and in the mornings. The products that I love the most has to be yorprobiotics and yorfiber, nothing
feels better than seeing my stomach getting flatter and flatter! I didn’t get the six pack I wanted but
thats more motivation for my next challenge! I was able to drop 10 pounds mainly around my gut area
which makes me really happy. I toned up and now I can see my chest building up and my arms becoming
stronger and more tone than they were ever. I weight now 149 and that’s the lightest I ever been since
before Highschool! The best achievement I had this challenge was, ever since my injury I always wanted
to be able to run again but couldn’t do too much of that since my knee always hurt, but thanks to the
workouts that strengthen my knee and yorrepair I was able to run my first 5K, the colormerad 5k here in
