Al iniciar el reto mi peso era de casi 84 kilos y no era feliz con migo mismo.. el auto estima bajo y eso me hacia sentir inseguridad y en fin, no era feliz
al pasar los dia fui viendo los cambios tanto físicos como psicológicos fui adquiriendo seguridad y auto estima.
