In my transformation, I have not lose or gain any weight in this challenge. I am 5 feet tall and I weigh 110 lbs.
My favorite products that I believe really help me get my results are the fiber, mrp, complete burn, and the digestive. I love the the digestive because it helps break down the steak and chicken I eat everyday at work. The mrp is very light and helps my body going in the morning, after workout, or before workout. I love the complete burn because I feel it kicking in when I use the restroom more and when I am at the gym, sweating like crazy. However, I feel in love with the fiber because as much as I want to look great, I have a really bad eating habit. I would eat 5 or six times a day. When I drink the fiber at night, the next morning everything in my system flush out. Nothing feels better than knowing that my digestive system is clean and on track.
I never thought that I would be able to get my result and maintain it. Just about 1 year ago, I finally gave up on getting healthy and getting my dream body. I believed I was meant to be chubby because I couldn't control my unhealthy eating habits and when I was able to control it, it was never consistent. I felt lost.
