New Years resolution for 2013 was when I finally made the decision to fully embody a new lifestyle change. I decided that I was going to get in the best shape of my life by working out regularly, eating more naturally and taking my YOR Health supplements to add an advanced level of nutrition in my body. In this 2nd cycle i was about to drop from 133 lbs to 124 which is 9 lbs and dropped to 16% body fat!

I took the full product line which is the best body set in order to improve on my results from the last challenge. I make sure to have a yor shake every morning with 2 scoops of fiber and my probiotics and repair. then a 2-3 hours later i will have small snack for example fruit. Then i have lunch which usually consists of steamed veggies with some sort of grain which is either quinoa or brown rice. Ill have another snack after a couple hours and then have a light dinner which could vary from fish, salads, veggies, etc.

I work out about 4 times a week for about an hour at a time. Focusing on interval training, cardio including running, spinning, and swimming, and now getting into weight lifting.
