The 8 week challenge has been a perfect addition to my life. Each time I enter the challenge I try to add 1 more healthy habit to my life. During my first challenge I was able to consistently workout every week. This challenge cycle I focused on using my YOR Health products & working out like before, but I added the habit of making healthier food choices 6/7 days a week!
Before the 8 week challenge I wanted to cheat all the time, but when I think about trying for just 8 weeks it seems more feasible since it's such a short amount of time.
I lost 8 pounds in 8 weeks!! I started at 152lbs & between gaining strength & losing fat I'm down to 144lbs!! I drank 1 YOR Chocolate shake for breakfast everyday. I'm a full time nanny for 1 & 4 year old boys, I coach 4/5/6th grade volleyball & I play on 2 leagues. Needless to say I don't sleep as much as I should! I still found energy to get my workouts in with YOR berry blast & essential vitamins. I also go on a lot of vacations so having the convenience packs of the digest ultra & to-go Supergreens was amazing for airports! It really was convenient to get nutrition on the go.
I am on a mission to get abs :) thanks YOR Health for making it more convenient to make healthier decisions even though I'm super busy!
