Hola soy Victor Valdez, tengo 61 años
los productos que tome, es el complete burn, las malteadas,enzimas digestivas y super green.
de 8 a 9 de la mañana me tomo la malteada de vainilla es mi favorita.
A las 9pm me ceno mi malteada.
Las enzimas digestivas me las tomo en la mañana
Los complete burn me los tomo 1 en la mañana y uno en la tarde
Como un snack de jicama con pepino a medio dia para aguantar a la comida.
El super green lo tomo en las mañanas cuando hacia ejercicio caminaba 3.5km , eso era todos los dias, solo cuando llovia no caminaba.
Me hice el habito de irme al trabajo caminando por que si no ya no hacia ejercicio en todo el dia.
Gracias al reto me he sentido muy bien, he tenido mas energia,puedo hacer mas ejercicio, antes me agitaba cuando subia las escaleras de la casa, son como 50 escalones ahora ya no me agito tanto, me siento mas ligero al caminar.
