Gracias a los productos de YOR Health ir transformando mi cuerpo poco a poco ha sido mucho mas simple!!! Mi horario de trabajo es de 7am a 7pm, y por la noches me dedico a YOR!!! Por lo tanto el hacer deporte es mas complicado para mi... Esta vez me propuse hacer 15 minutos, 4 veces por semana, para ver un poco de mas resultados!!!
Y me siento feliz de ver como va cambiando mi cuerpo, aun no logro mi meta que es definir el abdomen, pero llevo una talla menos y ya peso 54kg, me siento increíble y motivada a ir por mas.
Yo me tomo diario al despertar mi probiotico, a las 6am tomo un desayuno ligero para iniciar mi día, a las 9am me tomo mi YOR shake con fibra a las 11 un manzana o frutas secas, a la 1pm mi delicioso supergreens. A las 3:30 hago mi comida normal, hasta la cena en donde vuelvo a consumir mi YOR shake!!!
Estoy feliz de hacer el reto, porque la mayoría de las personas cuando los invade la rutina del trabajo, dejan que su cuerpo gana kilos de mas!!! Y yo cada día me siento feliz de ir perdiendo gramos de peso y de saber que voy a lograr mas gracias al RETO!!!!
