Súper contento por estar terminando mi tercer ciclo del reto. A diferencia de los dos ciclos previos siento que estuve mas enfocado en alcanzar mi meta.
Aunque no logre subir mis dos kilos que me había propuesto en masa muscular, logre subir uno.

Acostumbro tomar toda la línea de productos, pero lo que empecé hacer durante este ciclo fue tomarme un Yor shake después de hacer ejercicio y ahora en lugar de tomármelo con agua, me lo tomo con leche y en ocasiones añado alguna fruta.

Durante este ciclo, estuve realizando ejercicio de 3 a 4 veces por semana por espacios de 30 a 40 min.
En donde principalmente hice ejercicio basado en lagartijas, abdominales, sentadillas.

El reto sigue impactando mucho mi vida, porque me ha ayudado adquirir mayor compromiso, responsabilidad y disciplina para realizar lo que me proponga.

Definitivamente el hacer el Reto en comunidad es algo que me ayuda a mantener encendida esa llama dentro de mi y que me impulsa a ser mejor cada día y a seguir mejorando en todos los ámbitos de mi vida.
