My goal was to hit 160 solid and i ended up overacheving my goal at 163 . I used all the yorhealth products to get to my goal but mainly the supergreens , it became my bedt friend putting my mind body and soul on the same page. I excersised 4 times a week . At first i wanted to get in shape , but then i realized what i was doing to the people around me . I was indirectly influencing them, i had people iver never held a conversation with before talk to me for a while on how me getting into shape made them belivee anyone can do it . Now before the 8week challenge i was very unstable and didnt know what i was quite doing . I told myself i was gonna hit this thing hard for 8 weeks , and i thought itd be impossible to see reaults that quick . So i entered and made it possible ; an old proverb says , in order for a man to make his dreams come true . He must first awaken . The 8 weekchallenge awoke my inner self and brought out the champion in me ! And now any obstavle in my way will get diminished because i learned how to create the will to win !!
