Despues de dos retos he logrado mantener mi peso de 74 kg y definiendo poco mas, en este reto subí medio kilo pero bajando aun mas el porcentaje de grasa e incrementando mi masa muscular.
Actualmente me siento hasta importante cuando mis amigos y en la calle voltean a verme y me dicen.... que estas haciendo? te ves super bien y ya tienes 41!!! jejeje mi autoestima mejoró muchísimo y las cosas buenas pasan ahora todos los días, yo creo que por lo bien que me siento
