Hola!!!

Estoy muy feliz de haber concluido el primer ciclo de manera exitosa y haber alcanzado la meta que me propuse, yo comenze pesando 64kg y he terminado con 59kg, realmente fue un gran RETO porque antes de esto no habia podido ser tan constante tomandome bien los productos, con las actividades diarias los pasaba por alto algunas ocasiones, pero ahora con todos estos incentivos hize mi mayor esfuerzo y diario tomaba por las mañanas mi mrp, combinado con supergreens, fibra y berry blast, lo que jamas jamas falto las enzimas.

siempre he sido muy perezosa a la hora de hacer ejercicio y realmente me costo decidirme, este ciclo no implemente ninguno, pero para el proximo definitivamente sera mi meta, yo baje estos 5kg con los productos y mejorando mi alimentacion.

realmente me ha ayudado mucho, estoy muy feliz, con mas energia, cada dia me gusto mas cuando me veo a el espejo o me pongo una ropa ceñida.

estoy contenta, y agradecida, y a darle con el proximo ciclo para definirnos y bajar otros 4kg mas.
