It's been a long 8 weeks but the best 8 weeks of my life. I didn't end up reaching my goal weight but I've never felt fitter since I had my brain operation 5 years ago. I started this challenge at 96 kilos and finished at 94 kilos. Because I'm epileptic, some products I'm allergic to but I only used the super greens for this challenge. I would take the super greens 1-2 times a day. Mostly mornings and sometimes I would take it at lunch time. Leading up to my soccer nationals I would go the gym 4 times a week. I ran 5km twice a week and also had 3 soccer sessions a week. The super greens help me feel clean and really healthy so it motivated me to train harder the following day. Long story short, these products have impacted my life so positively, its help my get closer to my goal of making the Australian Paralympic Football team. I felt like I played my best football up at nationals that just past and its got me really excited for next year. I have a whole new outlook on life and a whole new mindset moving forward after this challenge :) Yorhealth has changed my life!
