Hello my name is Andy Pittman, my goal weight was 170 and I was currently at 178, I lost a few lbs, however I did not consider that I would be gaining muscle.. which weights more than fat, so this might be why i look different yet didnt lose too much weight. I use the daily packs which have the repair/probiotics, the enzymes and multi vitamins with meals, the mrp and supergreens for my post workout shake, and the complete burn to get me through work and still kicking to get a good workout in afterwards! I exercised 6 times a week. The products have had a dramatic impact on my life since I started using them 3 years ago. When I started taking them I was 22 and 220 lbs, in 4 months I lost 50 lbs and was down to 170 and kept it off since then with a few lbs gained here or there, but maintaining under 185. I have always had an active lifestyle in that I go to the gym almost daily because I love the life lessons it teaches.
