My before weight was 160 pounds. Now, my weight is 155 pounds. I have lost 5 pounds. My goal was to lose 20 pounds in the 8 week challenge, but that didn't happen. I wanted to lose weight but I wasn't taking it seriously and I didn't exercise that much. However, just by taking the products I have lost 5 pounds which is better than nothing. If I have taken it seriously and work very hard at exercising, I'm pretty sure that I will lose more pounds. I got started on the best body set. It last me for a while and I really love taking the products. Even though I didn't notice that I have lost weight, many people realize that I have lost weight in the first week. I took the products every morning and night. I exercise a little but but not that often because I was busy doing other things. I will exercise like once or twice every week. The 8 week challenge is a very beneficial and good way to lose weight fast and test myself how committed I am in getting the best body. I didn't lost a lot pounds, but I can see a difference with just losing 5 pounds. With the products and the challenge, it made me happy that I was able to lose some pounds. I know that if I work harder and take it more seriously I can lose a lot weight. That is what I am going to do for my next cycle. In my second cycle I will lose more than 10 pounds.
