Hola :) Me siento muy feliz de haber terminado mi 2do ciclo y en mi peso inicial ya que este ciclo mi meta fue Mantener Mi peso y mi figura NO me hice una meta de cmabio extrema ya que por los viajes que tendria seria un poco mas complicado transformar mi cuerpo Simplemente me Mantuve a pesar de que Comi y comi y comi en los viajes jejeje :) Durante mi reto consumi el Super green que amo!! y lo convine con la fibra .... Tambien tome mi Digest Ultra en cada comida. Esta vez no utilice la proteina y la vdd no hice ejercicio pero creo que tuve buenos resultados ya que no subi de peso. Este fue un ciclo mas relax Y ESTOY MUUUY EMOCIONADA ya que en Me volere a inscribir al reto y esta vez voy con todo para empezar el año con Cuerpo Nuevo!!!Me inscribire al Gym y voy decidida a Ganar!!!
