Cuando empece el reto de 8 semanas, pesaba 57 kg y jamas pense que en tan poco tiempo pudiera tener resultados tan optimos, y lo mejor, que fuera tan facil. Hoy peso 54 kg menos de grasa y me siento muy bien!.
