2 months ago a started my 3rd cycle in the 8 week challenge. My goal has always been to just look and feel the best I can, but this time was also about empowering and inspiering those who lack on beliefe.

I know that I don't look like a professional body builder or a fitness model but I have come a very long way even though I know there's still a long way to go. I just want to show people that if I can do it, they can do it too. All it takes is some heart and beliefe in themselves.

I think that this has been the hardes cycle that I have had. I'm someone who is always very active and I try to get involved in as many things as I can that make me sweat and or work out in general.

Right before the beggining of my challenge I suffered of two neck injuries playing basketball that cost me about an entire month of my cycle to recover. Fortunately, I had and took a lot on my products to recover faster and also made better decisions when eating.

It was really hard to go to the gym and not be able to work out completely the way I wanted to. The frustration was too much, but I knew that the pain was temporary. I made it trhough the first month of my challenge and started feeling better until one day I woke up and I knew that it was time to get back out there and make it happen.

Right now I have 12% body-fat and put on a little bit of weight in lean muscle. I can't stress out enough how important it is to be cosistent with the producst and really have advantage of them. The products and community of people make the challenge so simple and so much fun that sometimes I forgot I was working out or being on a product regimen. It honestly felt like second nature :)
