This is mi second cycle on the challenge and since in my first cycle I accomplished to lose 13kg (28.6lbs), this time I decided to sign up in the define category.
Since my last cycle ended I had some “cheating meals” I felt I deserved as a price for losing that amount of weight in only 8 weeks, but also I regained a bit kilos and if the ab definition was started to show, now I didn’t had any.
Due the type of job I’ve got, I have no time to go to a gym and walk the dogs, so very early in the morning I went to a playground near home and followed a pull ups/chin ups routine. At first I was able to do 5max, but I persisted so hard and by the time I’m writing this I can handle a 9-11-9-9-13 routine with relatively ease. The last weeks I followed a crunches program on top of the pull ups, improved my diet and actually did some push ups.
I used all the products again, but what I really loved this time is the Supergreens between lunch and dinner, so it helped my muscles to relax and the Repair which was so helpful for me when I pushed myself to give an extra allow the muscle to recover properly and don’t being in pain the next day.
