Hello everyone!
I am a returning achiever of the 8 Week Challenge! Although I have not made it to the finals, I have been able to see tremendous results since the beginning of my journey. Previously I used to work out twice a week for three hours each day. Now I workout 4 days a week and on average 2 hours each day! I have committed to get fit and helping as many people along the way as I can.
I am taking the whole line of products and I have had to adjust my eating regimen a few times in order to get the best results. I noticed when I was going up in weight, it was much harder to do so and keep a flat stomach. I put on some size basically everywhere, I reached my goal weight at the time but I didn't like how I looked in the mirror. This is why I decided to go down in weight again.
The holidays are coming around the corner and we all know what that means... surplus of food! If I prepare myself now, I won't have much to worry about for my next cycle.
