Mi peso inicial fue de 179 y termine con un peso de 167 para este rrto de 8 semanas utilice productos como el mrp, supergreen, digest ultra y repair... mi actividad para ejercitarme era de 4 a 5 veces a la semana este desafio fue bastante importante en mi vida ya que siendo una persona obesa jamas he terminado nada de lo que ge empezado para bajar de peso siendo esta mi primera decision para lograr algo para mi salud.
