Quand j'ai commencé le challenge je pesais 150 lbs.
j'utilise le MRP tout les matins en me levant et après l'entraînement de fitness.
Le Supergreen tout les matin en me levant et tout au long de la journée ( 2-4 fois )
Des berry blast le matin en me levant et tout au long de la journée et pendant les entrainements ( fitness - course à pieds ( 2 - 4 fois/ jours )
le fiber plus tout les matins en me levant et quelques fois le soir.
les digest ultra avec les repas.
Les 3 premières semaines j'ai pas fait grand chose, juste pris les produits.
Puis j'ai commencé à faire du fitness 3 fois par semaine plutôt musculation.
et j'ai été courir 3 fois durant les 2 mois.
Actuellement grâce au challenge je fais plus attention à mon alimentation et ça me motive à faire de l'exercice et faire attention à santé.
maintenant je pèse 155 lbs. j'ai perdu un peu de masse adipeuse au niveau du ventre et j'ai pris de la masse musculaire sur l'ensemble du corps.
ça me motive à continuer pour le cycle 2
