Concluyo feliz y sorprendida mi tercer reto. Es increíble lo que el producto hace con tu cuerpo si lo consumes de manera constante.

Mi meta era sólo bajar medio kilo, pero modifique mi dieta, principalmente evite las harinas, embutidos y lácteos y todos los días en ayunas comencé a tomar el SuperGreens con fresas en agua.

Con esa ligera modificación logre bajar 3 kilos!!, yo no pensé que podía bajar más!! La rutina en el gimnasio fue la misma, sólo fueron pocos cambios que hicieron la gran diferencia.

Dos MRP al día con SuperGreens y fibra y 3 comidas sólidas fueron la base de la dieta.

En esta ocasión baje mi nivel de grasa corporal casi un 4% y reduje medidas en muslos y cintura.

Mi digestión también mejora con el tiempo por eso es más fácil lograr un vientre plano y definido.
