I started this challenge with a hurdle... that was to start the day I left Australia for Europe. Being surrounded by glorious food and trying to get the best results was definitely hard work!
As I was training 4/5 times a week for soccer I did not have much time to gym so most of the time I just did my own stuff with my body weight.
Sticking to a vegan diet with the products, I found I had large amounts of energy when performing at training and in games and felt fresh the next day ready to train again.
Putting on muscle mass has always been an issue for myself but in my 8 weeks I have gained 7kg in Muscle and lost 2% body fat!!
Not only do I feel stronger on the field but I feel more full throughout the day not looking for bad snacks as tempting as the food is in Europe!
I had great support from my team and they really pushed and encouraged me to keep on track.
