Before the 8 week challenge I treated my body very poorly without realizing it. I had many bad habits that was destroying me from the inside out. I was clueless about health and fitness or the importance of being my best self. When I didn't treat my body right I felt very low, very insecure, and weak.I got introduce to the yorhealth products when I was ready to change my lifestyle but just didn't know how to. When my friend showed me the presentation it became clear to me that i was a very unhealthy person. Everything i was feeding my body was causing me to not feel good about myself. That the fast food, junk food, and no excercise was affecting my mood and thinking. My first day taking the products everyone noticed my positive energy, i was talkative, and vibrant. I JUST FELT GREAT and it definitely showed. I'm very thankful for having the oppurtunity to have come across the 8 week challenge. Not only did my body improve but also my mindset. Now I am a strong believer that my body is my home and if I treat it right then I will not only look good in the outside but also feel amazing in the inside. I take the products everyday. One digest and one vitamin with every meal. Mrp with fiber in the morning and/or night. Supergreen and berryblast during the day. Complete burn before my morning workout. Repair and probiotics before bedtime.
