Me tome los probioticos al despertar y ademas me tomaba el MRP con fibra y con super greens y una vitamina, al medio día me tomaba mi enzima digestiva después de comer, en la noche me tomaba algo muy ligero y si cenaba me tomaba de nuevo mi enzima digestiva.
