This is my 5th cycle of the 8-Week Challenge and I love every minute of it. Even when I don't feel good it reminds me that I need to keep pushing because I need to set the example. I cannot promote something I don't do myself.
I take every product everyday and I workout 4-5 times a week. My workouts vary depending on how my body is feeling that particular day. But what I am most excited about it how I feel. I feel stronger, happier, more flexible, less pain, and I had never been more excited to look in the mirror :).
Thanks to the challenge I have created a discipline that will stick with me forever. :)
