Pues bueno, he llegado al final del reto de 8 semanas y no puedo estar otra cosa que feliz por los cambios que he logrado en mi cuerpo, en mi salud, en mi propio bienestar. He experimentado en carne propia el ver como los productos Yorhealth me fueron acompañando en este camino y la verdad no termino de agradecer el momento en que se cruzaron en mi camino.
Empecé con mi paquete Adelgaza, con cierto escepticismo he de decir, pero al pasar los días y las semanas fui notando los cambios, y más padre aún, la gente a mi alrededor lo fueron notando, no saben la felicidad que fue eso; adicional a estos maravillosos productos seguí un régimen alimenticio sugerido por quien me introdujo en Yorhealth y de igual forma una rutina de ejercicio de forma permanente (al menos 5 de los 7 días de la semana)
En fin, solo me resta decir que seguiré en este camino de la salud de la mano de Yorhealth y mejorando aún más mi aspecto físico (toca ahora bajar un par de kilos más y empezar a tonificar!)
