Regimen de productos utilizados:
Mañana: Malteada de vainilla preparada con agua y super greens, combinada con 1 reparador y 1 vitamina

Medio dia: Enzimas con la comida

Tarde: Malteada de Vainilla preparada con agua

Noche: 1 reparador, 1 vitamina, 1 probiotico y 1 enzima junto con la cena

Los productos los utilizaba todos los dias de la semana combinandolo con ejercicio diario (cardiovascular y fueza)

En general en este reto no tuve la constancia requerida, el primer mes estuve en el gimnasio a diario, sin embargo en el 2ndo mes ya no me fue posible, cuestiones de tiempo y cambios de horarios, aun asi logre el peso deseado,aunque sin lograr los objetivos de marcar el cuerpo tal como lo esperaba, aun asi se que con fuerza de voluntad y enfoque lograre mejores resultados en el siguiente reto.

El impacto que este reto ha logrado en mi vida ha sido muy bueno, las personas notan el cambio y de igual forma mi confianza y seguridad en mi misma ha aumentado.
