Al comenzar El Reto de 8 semanas de Yor mi peso era de 101 kg. asi comence el programa buscando mayor salud ademas de apariencia fisica apoyandome en toda la gama de productos de Yor para los mejores resultados (yor mrp, probiotics, fibra, digest, super greens), en la maniana me preparo mi super malteada con Yor MRP, Yor Fiber plus y yor super greens pero antes mi capsula de probioticos, en la comida mi yor digest ademas de mi berry blast para rendir en el dia laboral, en la noche finalizo con una malteada Yor MRP, sobre el ejercicio 40 minutos 3 veces a la semana a partir de la 4a. Semana del reto. El impacto que he tenido con el desafio es que ahora tengo la necesidad de cambiar mis habitos alimenticios ya que ahora comprendo que la calidad de vida mejora al alimentarse correctamente y con alimentos nutritivos, debido al trabajo es complicado encontrar lugares que vendan comida sana y con el programa de Yor Health he complementado mi nutricion.
