Feeling blessed and lucky to have so much support from friends, family, and especially the 8 week challenge community. I took all the products faithfully and daily. Just to start my day I would always take my probiotics, complete burn, Yor Vanilla Shake, Fiber, and Super greens. I would my digest ultra with my meals, and berry blast in the afternoon. Thanks to the berry blast I had enough energy to keep up with working out at least 3-4 times a week. The Yorhealth products have changed my life by helping me with increasing my energy and feeling over all healthy and strong. I dedicated this cycle in memory of my grandfather whom I lost this summer in July. My ultimate goal is to be as healthy and strong as my 101 yor old grandfather was and show my family how we can all get our health back on track like my grandfather. Also, to prove to my grandfather that I will never give up, he is no longer around to yell at me about keep going, but instead he is within me and pushing me daily, love u so much Duno!!!
