Me siento muy contenta por los resultados que tengo en el Reto de 8 semanas. Estoy terminando mi ciclo 4. Los productos que estoy tomando son probióticos y reparador al levantarme. Antes de correr o ir al gimnasio tomo MRP de vainilla con supergreens y fibra. En la comida cápsula de digest ultra y 2 vitaminas. A media tarde otra porción de MRP de Chocolate. Me siento mejor que nunca!!! Me mantengo en mi peso pero lo que he sentido son músculos mas firmes y definidos, más fuerza, energía y resistencia en el ejercicio. Este proceso lo he disfrutado mucho porque estoy siempre viendo cada cambio. Cuidar la alimentación, me ha llevado a cuidar la calidad de todo lo que como.
