Hola quiero platicarle mi experiencia y bienestar con el que empece con este reto y con el cual me siento muy satisfecha ya que me he sentido muy bien físicamente y animicamente.
Cuando yo comencé con el reto pesaba 70.5 kilos y ahora he terminado con 67 kilos, siento que es un buen peso para comenzar con esta experiencia los productos que tome fueron la proteína de vainilla en la mañana junto con la fibra y el super greens, después a la semana siguiente que me pese había bajado 2 kilos por lo que me motivo hacer un poco de ejercicio que tenia mucho tiempo sin hacer, ahora ya tengo dos semanas haciendo ejercicio en el gym y me he sentido con mas actividad y energía ya que he cambiado de tomar la proteína en la mañana ya lo hago después de hacer ejercicio y me he sentido mejor.
