Before starting the 8 week best body challenge my weight was 57 kg, I finished on 54.9kg.
I used the go green set of products and added mrp.
I took the vitamins, repair and supergreens with fibre and berry blast on mornings where I trained, otherwise just supergreens and vitamins each morning. MRP after training and probiotics and vitamins and repair at night. Occasionally I used MRP as a meal replacement.
At the start I exercised every day except Thursdays but my work schedule increased and I had less time to go to gym so I rode a stationary bike in my garage if I was pushed for time. Towards the last 3 weeks I was preoccupied waiting for my first grandchild to arrive and as it turns out he arrived and needed to be flown to the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne for breathing problems and a congenital condition that blocked his airway so I pretty much lost it completely and a week went by where I did very little exercise. I still ate well and used the products but my schedule became hectic.
The challenge had a massive impact on my life in that it gave me the motivation to get back into exercise, I joined a running club and re-joined my gym and have been feeling so good, with extra energy that I needed to get me through the tough time with my grandson and as a bonus I saw a flatter stomach which has eluded me for years! I am keen to take on the next challenge!
