I started at just over 101kg (101.8kg) which is slightly lower than what I was at my heaviest. I have always turned to food for stress release and would say that I am a ‘depression eater’.
After the 8 weeks I finished up at 94kg so a total loss of 7.8kg in total and am totally blown away at the results I achieved.
I used the full suite of products with the Vitamins, Digestive Enzyme, Probiotics, Repair and SuperGreens. I also used the BerryBlast as my pre-workout for that extra bounce during training.
Overall my energy levels went through the roof and for someone that had lots of issues sleeping, I found I was getting back into normal patterns of sleeping and most nights I would sleep solid through 7-8 hours of good quality sleep.
My training didn’t change much over the 8 weeks but the results I saw with the use of the products was amazing. Using the repair I found I didn’t have the pains from gym 1-2 days later and my trainer could push me harder than he did before.
I was training 3 days a week with my trainer, which I had been for a long time before, but I struggled to see results. After just a few weeks of taking the products I was noticing changes in body shape as well as the weight loss started.
I have also had issues with certain foods, (wheat and dairy) and found with the combined use of the probiotics and digestive enzymes, I am able to enjoy these foods on occasion without the painful bloating and cramps.
