Este es mi tercer reto de 8 semanas. el resultado de las medidas en cms fue: cintura: 82,5; baje 1,5 cms Antebrazo: 26,5; 0,5 cms; Cadera:98; igual y Muslo:53; baje 1 cms.
Durante el reto continue con mi plan de ejercicio para tonificar, el consumo de los productos con el MRP; fibra, probioticos, complet burn, digest ultra, supergreens y las vitaminas.
Mantenerme en el reto significa mucho para mi, la disciplina adquirida en mi alimentacion y el ejercicio, representan mucha satisfaccion, me siento con mi salud digestiva excelente,logro obtenido desde hace 1 año que ingrese a YOR y comence con este set digestivo.
Mi meta es continuar en el reto hasta tener en mi cuerpo una tonificacion mejor, ya que el resultado obtenido en este segundo para tonificar es muy buena.
