I am super excited to have completed my 3RD 8 Week Challenge! It's been 6 months since I've been consistently using the YOR Health Product line and I've seen AMAZING RESULTS. Every time I show up to my gym I see other members thats been just as consistent at the gym but look the same or worse. That in itself shows me that nutrition is more important then picking things up and putting things down LOL.
Well the last 2 Challenges that I completed my goal was to cut down my fat build up and tone up. So now my goal was to bulk up about 5lbs. I know weigh 183lbs and still leaner then expected. I love the complete burn and the shake. Because I'm finally in decent shape a whole world of sports activity has opened up for me. I'm one of the best condition wide receiver for my flag football league and the products keep me going on the field and in training. On My next challenge I'm looking to get to 190lbs of lean mass.
