Once I saw so many getting great results from the 8 week challenge, I knew that this challenge was for me. My goal was to put on albs of lean muscle, so I immediately got the sculpt set. I knew that everything is a process so I slowly started to go to the gym 2-3 times a week, all the way up to 4-5 times a week now. I cut back from eating red meat and am preferably a pescatarian. The products were super helpful, especially the YOR shake. The YOR shake gave me the necessary protein intake without adding high carbs or fat. I am truly happy with the results I have and want to continue my journey to compete in the YOR BEST Body Championships. Thanks to the great community support from YOR Health I know that this challenge is not only simple but fun as well. =D
